Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council is the regulatory body for immigration consultants.
Immigration consultants provide their services to individuals seeking help to navigate immigration issues in Canada. This may include obtaining advice or assistance with permanent residence applications, temporary residence and visa applications, or refugee claims.
The Council has put in place a number of processes to ensure that Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) are operating ethically and competently at all times. The Council will work hard to ensure program integrity is maintained and protected and that users of immigration services are provided with high quality services that comply with current legislation and regulation.
